Email discovery@richmond.edu with details about what's happening.  Please include:

  • Which database are you trying to access?  
  • How are you trying to access it?  Are you using OneSearch or the library's A-Z list or Google?
  • Are you on or off-campus?
  • If you're off-campus, are you using the VPN?
  • Are you getting any error messages?  If so, what are they?  Include a screenshot, if possible.
  • Are you using a Mac or PC?
  • What browser are you using - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.?
