Yes, the library has access to the Richmond Times-Dispatch. You can access it here: https://libguides.richmond.edu/rtd. When you click that link, you'll see a list of options for the RTD archives. Take note of which date you're interested, as well as the format. "Image" means you can access PDF scans of the physical newspaper. "Text" means someone has transcribed the content into text that can be searched and copied/pasted.
